3. Get Installer
Our customer success team will contact you to discuss your quote in detail including any information relating to grants, payment plans, warranties etc. Once you are satisfied with your quote, the team will book your installation for a day that suits you. Simple!
5. After Care
We are not going anywhere. We have a dedicated after sales team for any needs or queries you may have going forward. Boiler installs are tricky, issues can arise and you can feel safe knowing we will be here for you.

4. Installation
The boiler and parts will be delivered by our supplier on the morning of the job or up to 48 hours in advance. Your local RGII installer will arrive on site to complete the works and after they finish your install, they will bring you through how to use the system and answer any questions you might have.
5. After Care
We are not going anywhere. We have a dedicated after sales team for any needs or queries you may have going forward. Boiler installs are tricky, issues can arise and you can feel safe knowing we will be here for you.
